1. Login to your Account
If you have backed an OCG game on Kickstarter, you will be sent login credentials to access this pledge manager.
If you have not received your credentials, contact us at oceancitygames@gmail.com
2. Purchase your Shipping
Head to the Pledge Store to purchase your shipping.
You will need to enter your shipping address during checkout.
3. Keep your Shipping Address Up to Date
Check that your address is correct in 'My Account'.
If you move, you can update your address here.
4. Upgrade your Pledge
Browse upgrades in the pledge store.
There are options to upgrade your pledge, and purchase add-ons.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, you will need to purchase the shipping item in the pledge store, and supply your shipping address to receive your order.
Exception: No shipping payment is required if you only backed a print and play reward (unless upgrading to a physical reward).
Purchasing an add-on will incur a small shipping charge, upgrades do not incur any extra shipping charge.
Exception: You will need to pay full shipping after upgrading from a print and play reward to a physical game reward.
You will need to keep your shipping address in the 'My Account' page up to date. If you have already purchased shipping, you will not be able to change the shipping address for that order, however we will check for any discrepancies and reach out to confirm the correct address.
If moving countries, we may need to contact you for an adjustment in shipping charge.
If you are a print&play backer, the only product you will see in the pledge store is the upgrade to explorer product. Simply purchase this to upgrade. Once this has been purchased, the pledge store will update to show shipping, upgrades and addons.
Important: The shipping product must be purchased after you have upgraded to explorer.
